## Semantics

HTTP 202 means only that Cabbit successfully recorded the request.

It does NOT mean the requested real-estate action occurred.

No automatic booking, representation, negotiation, offer submission, transaction, property access, or contractual action is performed.

## MCP / A2A

MCP and A2A are not currently implemented by this endpoint.

Cabbit may observe requests to emerging discovery paths such as /.well-known/agent-card.json or MCP-related well-known locations. A 404 response means the protocol is not currently available and no capability should be inferred.
